Trueforge Labs does not rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for third-party targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. FitForge does not use third-party advertising networks.
Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the FitForge mobile application, websites that link to this policy, and related support and services (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Trueforge Labs, LLC (“Trueforge Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This policy does not govern services controlled by others, including Apple. Their own privacy policies apply when you use those services.
Information we collect
The information we handle depends on the features you use. It may include:
Email address, account identifier, sign-in method, and basic account settings. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple controls the information it sends to us.
Training experience, goals, available equipment, workout frequency and duration, focus areas, activity level, preferred units, and current or goal weight.
Plans, routines, exercises, sets, repetitions, weight, RPE, duration, distance, notes, personal records, estimated strength, volume, body measurements, running benchmarks, streaks, and training history.
If paid features are offered, Apple processes payment details. We may receive a transaction identifier, product, entitlement, and subscription status—not your complete card number.
Messages, attachments, and contact details you choose to send when asking for help or providing feedback.
App and operating-system version, device type, IP address, timestamps, feature interactions, crash information, and security or diagnostic logs generated while operating the Services.
FitForge does not currently integrate with Apple Health or HealthKit and does not request contacts, precise location, or progress photos. If that changes, we will update this policy and applicable App Store disclosures before collecting the new data.
How we collect information
- From you when you create an account, complete onboarding, record a workout, update measurements, or contact us.
- Automatically when the Services generate limited technical, usage, diagnostic, and security information.
- From service partners when Apple confirms a sign-in or purchase, or when an infrastructure provider helps deliver the Services.
How we use information
We use information to:
- create, authenticate, maintain, and synchronize your account;
- provide training plans, workout logging, progress calculations, personal records, trends, benchmarks, and other requested features;
- personalize the Services to your goals and preferences;
- process entitlements and deliver paid features, if those features are offered;
- respond to support requests and communicate service updates;
- protect the Services, prevent fraud or misuse, and investigate security incidents;
- diagnose problems and improve reliability, usability, and performance; and
- comply with law and enforce our agreements.
We may use deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you to understand general product performance and usage.
Retention and account deletion
We retain personal information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Retention also depends on the type of information, security needs, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs such as resolving disputes.
You can delete your account using the in-app account deletion controls. Deletion removes or deidentifies information associated with the account, subject to limited exceptions for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and temporary backup retention. Deidentified aggregate information may remain.
You may also request deletion by emailing support@trueforgelabs.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can review and update certain profile and training information inside FitForge. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to some processing; or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or targeted advertising opt-out needed for those practices.
Where applicable, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations. To submit a request or appeal a decision, contact us using the address below.
Security and international transfers
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers across borders.
Children
FitForge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. A higher minimum age may apply where required by local law.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as FitForge evolves. We will post the updated version here, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice when required by law.
